Clinical assessment and proper diagnosis is necessary for effective treatment. In every Intake Examination, we will be reviewing a broad assessment of your history. By considering your medical history, history of previous mental health treatments, relevant family history, a detailed review of current symptoms, and the contributing stressors, I can best understand you and your specific treatment needs.
